We have invested time, money, and expertise in setting up welding capabilities and training welders for this special process.
We are qualified in procedures for materials used in rotating equipment and the oil and gas industry, meeting ASME Section IX, API 6A, NACE MR 0175, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, and other industrial standards.
We are qualified in ferrous and non-ferrous materials, assigned and unassigned materials, and we are expanding our qualification range to cover the majority of the materials in the industries we serve.
We perform GTAW, GMAW, SMAW & SAW processes, and our SAW machine manipulator can handle heavy components up to 10t, reach a height of 6m, and travel 6m across.

Welding terminology
Heat-affected zone (HAZ): Portion of the base metal that has not been melted during welding, but whose mechanical properties and/or microstructure have been altered by the heat of welding or cutting.
Stringer (root) bead: The first pass in the weld, usually made without any appreciable weaving motion.
Hot pass: The weld pass that immediately follows the stringer (root) pass.
Filler passes: The weld passes that follow the hot pass and fill the weld groove flush or almost flush with the surface of the workpieces.
Cover pass: The weld pass that finishes the welded joint. The cover bead is higher than the adjacent surface and overlaps the groove.
